Coconut Hut is an immaculate 3 BR/ 2.5 bath and includes a golf cart during your stay. The living area is outfitted with a 65" smart TV, and additional Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. The Master suite offers a king-sized bed and walk-in closet. The private master bath has a double vanity and a large shower with a glass door. The second and third bedrooms offer a Queen and a Queen with a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All of the mattresses are gel-infused for cooling comfort. This home backs up to the state park for added privacy.
Coconut Hut is a 2-minute walk to the resort-style pool and is just a short shuttle or bike ride to the beach. The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot and offers a resort lifestyle which includes a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas and a community grilling area offering 2 large grills surrounding the poolside and a fitness center. The "Big Chill", situated a short walk across the street, offers something for all ages. From shakes and ice cream to tequila and beer, to tacos and wings, or BBQ and burgers. A stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater, retail shopping, or relaxation around the fireplace on the community screened porch. Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located .5 miles away. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and a short distance to the beach.
Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access. If you take the tram, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Parking is not available but makes for a great bike ride to the beach.
Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
